About the Role :

This role involves providing franchisees with strategic business guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a great guest experience, and to drive sales and profit growth. You will influence franchisees to adhere to Subway operating procedures and brand standards, set SMART performance goals, and encourage restaurant growth through identifying and supporting MUOs. Additionally, you will assist franchisees in compliance with franchise agreements, including remodel status and financial terms.

Essential Functions :

• GROW : Promote operational excellence, food safety, and business knowledge; evaluate restaurants using tools like Business Coaching and Self REV; support franchisees in sales performance and P&L analysis; support all sales channels; review franchise portfolios and develop training plans.
• RELATIONSHIPS : Build strong relationships with franchisees and staff; coach franchisees to achieve SMART goals; promote community engagement; lead training sessions and support during peak periods.
• NEW STORES / REMODELS / RELOCATIONS / TRANSFERS : Guide franchisees through openings, remodels, and relocations; assess site readiness; recommend new sites; support franchisees in becoming MUOs and planning for retirement.
• SELF-DEVELOPMENT : Complete training programs; participate in meetings and conventions; stay informed about new initiatives to effectively support franchisees.
