The successful

• Procurement Officers / Contract Support Officer
• will be responsible for, but not limited to;
• Prepare and draft relevant procurement documentation to support both simple and complex procurements.
• Support organisational decisions, both regarding budgeting and work prioritisation, and to inform procurement activity forecast planning.
• Liaise confidently with internal stakeholders regarding procurement activities and work collaboratively to support efficient work processes.
• Collate, organise and present current and predicted procurement activity data from across the department

The successful

• Procurement Officers / Contract Support Officer
• will have experience in the following :
• Demonstrated experience as a Procurement Specialist, or relevant role;
• Demonstrated experience delivering procurement support to executive level staff in an organisation;
• Experience with IT Service Management Frameworks, such as ITIL;
• Highly effective written skills to support documentation and communication requirements;
