• About the role

As a Capability & Engagement Partner, you will be at the forefront of shaping employee engagement strategies across the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport. You will manage critical projects, including the NSW Public Sector People Matters Employee Survey, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that foster a highly engaged and motivated workforce. Your expertise will be key in coordinating resources, providing insightful analysis, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our commitment to excellence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail orientated individual who can coordinate and lead leadership, engagement and performance projects. If you thrive in dynamic environments, are skilled in project management, and have a knack for turning data into actionable insights, this could be the role for you!
