    • will assist their Digital Governance team to deliver an accessible intranet program of work. The successful
    • IT Support / Service Desk Analyst
    • will secure a
    • 12-month contract
    • with
    • 2x 12-month
    • extension options

    • rewarding pay rate.

    • will be responsible for, but not limited to :
    • Solving issues with desktops, printing, and scanning.
    • Managing documentation at the completion of incident resolution.
    • Creating user guides and knowledge base articles.

    • will have experience in the following :
    • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory including user account administration.
    • Prior experience in a similar role would be desired.
