Learn more about our story at THE POSITION Provide leadership to our physiotherapy hospital-based team (The Mount Hospital), to effectively manage the people and material resources required to deliver high quality, multidisciplinary and client-centred care.
Life Ready Mobile's Inpatient Physiotherapy Manager is responsible for improving and maintaining standards, problem solving and delivering outcomes that are consistent with Life Ready Mobile's service delivery goals. This can include recruiting and inducting staff, creating rosters, ensuring procedures and process are adhered to, and developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
The Life Ready Mobile Inpatient Physiotherapy Manager will also continue to maintain a clinical caseload.
You would be expected to deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services and high-quality care to clients in an inpatient and possibly the community.
This would include the individual assessment, treatment planning, evaluation, and review of clients to effectively meet and manage their health and wellbeing needs.

AHPRA registration

DESIRABLES Previous experience in delivering physiotherapy services in the hospital setting
Previous team leader or management experience
Knowledge and understanding of Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, Private Health Insurance and NDIS systems
