Job descriptionBeing the first point of contact for assigned customers Communicating service issues to management as a priority Releasing & management of orders, preparation and despatching of transport paperwork Who Are You? Experience in a similar position within the industry Customer-Centric approach with the ability to build meaningful relationships Previous experience using a Transport Management System (advantageous) Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume work environment High attention to detail & ability to work as part of a team or autonomously Ability to prioritise workload during conflicting priorities Salary 60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Afternoon shift Day shift Night shift Experience Customer service : 1 year (preferred) Australia (preferred)
