Senior Business Analyst - Broadbeach, QLD

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Ignite Engineering team in Broadbeach!

Role Overview :

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in capturing business requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of our new travel booking systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and design solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

A day in the life :

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile software delivery team
• Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives align with business goals
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training material
• Providing leadership within the project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations
