About the RoleWe are currently seeking to appoint a Receptionist with a leading NSW Government agency. This role is responsible for managing reception and meeting room spaces to ensure they are clean and tidy and setup for the required layouts.
Key accountabilities includeAs first point of contact, warmly greet and welcome members of the public, guests and staff attending the offices.Address enquiries that come through the communication channels and provide appropriate details to follow up enquiries which require specialist responses.Maintain the daily visitor register ensuring passes are processed and ready for guest arrival.Manage meeting room bookings for the organisation.Maintain meeting room and public spaces ensuring they are clean, tidy, and set up appropriately for desired use, monitoring stock levels of stationery and kitchen supplies.Oversight of mail and courier services, Mail registers must be kept up to date on spreadsheets.Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond, identifying new opportunities to improve the level of service being offered.Oversight of an up-to-date spreadsheet of the locker system & all registers located in the share drive and necessary audits per request.Supporting any additional reasonable duties at the request of your manager.About YouExperience in managing reception and meeting room spaces.Proven skills in delivering onboarding activities for the organisation's new starters.Welcoming attitude and creating a positive and environment for the clients and colleagues.Benefits of contracting through Ashdown People5th largest supplier to the NSW GovernmentGet paid weeklyOffer Insurances for ABN ContractorsConsistent communication & transparencyDetailed onboarding & support
