We are seeking a home care worker (morning, evening and night shifts available) to join our small friendly and professional team to work with village and community-based residents.

• As a community based Home Care Worker you can expect to assist clients with
• Personal Care - Shower assist, dressing, medication assist services
• Domestic Assistance - House cleaning, shopping, laundry
• Transportation to and from appointments
• Help client develop independent living skills
• Social Support - assist client to participate in social activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Home Care Worker Requirement
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience
• Certificate III in Home Care & Community or Individual Support
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, flexible and a can-do attitude
