Job descriptionOther duties include, but are not limited to Cross check essential documents related to a specific job / project Raising and issuing purchase orders to suppliers based on quantified materials and labour Booking in site construction dates Periodical evaluation of suppliers' and trades' invoices Constant interaction with supervisors, suppliers and the rest of the building team Assist supervisors on queries related to procured materials for the jobs You will have the following attributes; Keen on details and can scrutinize documents thoroughly Ability to read and articulate building plans and specifications Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience with having to prioritise tasks and manage workflow tasks Ability to identify and work through problem solving efficiently & effectively

With a well-respected name in the industry and with a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking a Slab Scheduler to join their team.
You will receive ongoing training and development from their Scheduling Manager and team. If you have 6-12 months experience in the industry and a great attitude this would be a perfect fit!
