Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will complete all sales-related data entry and interact with customers to provide and process information in response to their enquiries. Duties include :
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, have high attention to detail and enjoy a friendly team environment. It goes without saying you are reliable, punctual and motivated with a 'can do', attitude.
Intermediate to advance computer skills i.e. MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook a must. Knowledge of Pronto would be highly regarded
Note : You must be available to commence immediately and commit to the length of the 12-month assignment
