- About the opportunity
This company is seeking an individual who possesses a genuine passion and deep commitment to assist and comprehend the needs of their patients.
You will lead and operate all HR functions in a standalone capacity, partnering and reporting into the Managing Director and the global head of HR in the US. Provide operational and strategic support across Australia.
- Duties
- Manage the recruitment life cycle from end to end
- A liaison between management and staff
- Implement new processes and systems where necessary, and facilitate coaching for managers and staff on the new projects
- Manage staff appraisal cycle, training and personal development
- Employee relations and engagement
- Skills and Experience
- A tertiary HR qualification and minimum of 5 years experience
- Generalist exposure to all functions of HR, talent acquisition is essential
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
- Excellent communication, organisation and ability to influence a broad range of people
