Join Australia's 3rd largest supermarket brand and its associated brands, where you get to be part of a media team and successfully own and deliver its Paid Media activities.You will be self-sufficient in running the entire paid social and paid media marketing cycle - strategy, innovative creative ideation, hands-on execution, as well as optimization and reporting.Reporting to Digital Marketing Manager (Media) you will have full ownership and responsibility to deliver strong ads that will increase customer acquisition for retail stores.
Daily responsibilitiesDevelop and execute all social paid media campaigns.Ensure campaigns are delivered as briefed, on time, and adheres to brand guidelines, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.Closely monitor and analyze performance and recommend optimization strategies to increase campaign performance.Be an active team member by collaborating and participating in campaign creative and strategy discussions / meetings / workshops.Social and paid media reportingKeep up to date with the latest trends and champion best practices with greater team and stakeholdersDevelop educational content and provide social media support for our RetailersPerform other digital marketing duties as directed by the Digital Marketing ManagerWhat you need3 years or more paid social marketing experienceMeta, Twitter, TikTok and Youtube advertising experienceAcquisition funnel experienceAd Optimisation experienceThis is a long-term contract opportunity - 12 months or longer.
