An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Brand Specialist to join our National Marketing division in a permanent full-time role.
The National Marketing Division oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all national marketing initiatives, including brand strategy, internal and external communications, digital marketing, public relations, and customer relationship management. Its goal is to position Toyota as the brand of choice for customers throughout the entire product lifecycle and beyond, while supporting sales volume, market share, and profitability objectives.
The Brand Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing strategies for passenger and smaller SUV vehicles. This includes executing communication campaigns and model-specific initiatives to enhance brand desirability and help achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability goals for these vehicles in the Australian market.
This role is in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you'll make an impact Execute established communication processes and procedures for passenger and smaller SUV vehicles (e.g. Yaris, Corolla Cross) in alignment with approved policies, aiming to support Toyota's sales targets and customer engagement objectives.
Support the development of product communication processes and procedures to strengthen the desirability of Toyota passenger and small SUV vehicles and drive sales growth.
Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns, assets, and tactical activity plans by contributing to agency briefs, managing production timelines, coordinating logistics, and escalating critical issues as needed. Monitor campaign progress and performance against targets, recommending countermeasures when necessary.
Serve as the primary liaison between national divisions, regional teams, and the dealer network regarding communication activities for passenger and small SUV vehicles. Address and resolve queries and issues, escalating matters when necessary to mitigate risk.
Maintain reporting systems and generate reports to deliver accurate, timely information that supports business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of agencies and suppliers to ensure service delivery meets quality expectations and offers optimal value. Also support the ongoing management of supplier relationships.Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you! Background in digital marketing and / or advertising in a similar role
Strong understanding of automotive products and the Australian automotive market desirable but essential
Experience working with agencies
