Do you love dogs and marketing? We may have the role you've been looking for! We are seeking an experienced and talented Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at eShopping Group, an innovative ecommerce house of brands.

Thanks to the team's amazing work and our brands continued fast growth, we are now seeking a motivated Brand Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and work primarily across our pet brands (focusing on eDog Australia, NZ, UK and soon EU!).

As the Brand Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the business objectives and sales targets.

eShopping Group is an e-commerce success story with local teams in Sydney, Perth and Brisbane! There are seven brands under the eShopping group umbrella which span Beauty, Consumer Electronics, Pets and Surveillance verticals.

The role you could play Brand strategy - Work closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Brand to develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives, contributing to long-term brand growth plans across key markets.

Brand management – ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Trends and Insights - Build a deep understanding of category and consumer trends, translating these into actionable brand strategies.

Campaign management – plan and manage the annual marketing calendar across owned, earned and paid channels.

Category growth – identify and execute strategies to expand category presence, capture untapped market segments, and drive overall category growth.

Market share expansion – develop competitive positioning to increase brand visibility and market dominance within the pet and surveillance technology spaces.

Trends and Insights - Build a deep understanding of category and consumer trends, translating these into actionable brand strategies.

Social media management and community engagement – manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms by creating organic, engaging content, with an eye for trends.

Content creation and management - collaborate with ESG's creative team, and partner with influencers / brand ambassadors to create compelling and engaging digital content.

Monitoring, analysing, and communicating category and brand performance.

What you could bring 5+ years experience

A thorough understanding of digital marketing principles and metrics.

Knowledge and understanding of social platforms mentioned above.

Willingness to take initiative and do your own research to pick up new platforms and tools quickly where necessary.

Attention to detail, effective communication and strong copywriting skills.

Ability to work both as part of a fast-moving team and autonomously as required.

Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.

Ability to seek clarity, take ownership and make the complex simple.

You're passionate about the pet and tech industries

You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a marketing-related discipline.

You love to create content and are comfortable being in social media content from time to time.

You have experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Figma / Canva.

You have eCommerce experience.
