Production Co-Ordinator (Afternoon Shift)

• About the Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Afternoon Shift Production Coordinator.

If you are a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual, who enjoys supporting, leading, and developing teams, we would like to hear from you.

To be successful, you will need to have the following :

• Ability to provide support to the Production Supervisor and Production Manager
• Ability to coach and support a production team
• Leadership experience working within a food manufacturing or pick packing environment is desirable
• Able to support and nurture an environment of inclusiveness and diversity
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Sound knowledge and understanding of food hygiene (HACCPs)
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Good attention to detail
• Able to lift and perform manual handling tasks

The range of hours for this role are generally between 3.00pm and 11.00pm however depending upon production requirements, work outside of these hours may be required.
