Responsibilities : Manage and support both Microsoft desktop and Apple environments.Administer Microsoft Server environments, including installation, configuration, and ongoing support.Demonstrate strong skills in Active Directory and Group Policy management.Utilize Microsoft Online services (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) for client support and administration.Handle networking tasks : routing, NAT, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP services.Implement and manage backup solutions, with a focus on Veeam.Work with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix).Support and deploy cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).Deploy and maintain security solutions (Fortinet, Barracuda, Microsoft EMS).Perform hardware configuration and troubleshooting for servers, firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure.Qualifications : Network certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA, or equivalent).Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications.Fortinet NSE4 or equivalent security certification.Cisco Meraki certification.Additional network and / or cybersecurity certifications are highly regarded.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.Preferred Attributes : Solid understanding of ITIL framework and customer service best practices.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong documentation and process orientation.Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in managed services.Possession of a valid Australian driver's license.
