Job Description

As the Business Solutions Team Leader, you'll guide a small team responsible for delivering system changes and business improvements that align with organisational goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders, gather feedback, and prioritise initiatives that enhance the ADF Careers experience. Your leadership will help drive better processes, stronger collaboration, and a focus on continual improvement. You will :

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of change requests and business solutions across ADF Careers, ensuring alignment with established processes and service expectations.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and clients to understand operational needs, gather input, and prioritise solution delivery.
• Lead a team of Business Solutions Specialists, ensuring tasks are clearly delegated, progress is tracked, and service standards are maintained.
• Support the analysis, documentation, and delivery of approved changes, collaborating with continuous improvement and change teams as needed.
• Monitor and report on business solution activities, escalating risks, delays, or resourcing needs where appropriate.
• Act as a key liaison between operational teams and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Support the development and maintenance of business process documentation and user guidance materials.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and contribute to upskilling team members through mentoring and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards during solution implementation.
• Foster strong relationships with Defence and Adecco stakeholders, ensuring a client-focused and collaborative approach to problem-solving
