Our payroll is across multiple EBA's and includes standard salary-based pays as well as timesheet-based payments. Candidates need to understand shift and allowance-based payroll processes too.
Our payroll varies between 1200-1400 staff. Candidates with experience working in similar organizations with an employee split between corporate and operational sectors, such as utilities or healthcare, would be advantageous.
Strong processing skills, Excel skills, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
