your role

As Head of Property Management, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Property Managers, driving performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. You’ll also manage a select portfolio of key clients - long-term relationships that require a high level of care, strategy, and consistency. This is a leadership-first role focused on culture, driving performance, and high-level problem solving.

• Extensive experience as a Senior Commercial Property Manager or Team Leader
• Experience managing direct reports and driving performance
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of commercial property operations and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style and commitment to service excellence
