Strata Cleaner

We are looking for an energetic, well presented & hard working person for strata cleaning at Newington on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday some flexibility available.

Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Must be physically fit with ability to bend & stretch to complete some tasks. Approx 20 + hours per week ABN preferred. 8 / 9 am start

25 per hour during probation (3 month) $33 after probation.

We would also be prepared to employ experienced strata cleaner with minimum 1 year strata cleaning experience. Again must be an energetic, hard worker & able to complete tasks to a high standard in allocated time. Trial of between 2 hours to 2 days will be at $25-$30 per hour.

38 per hour after successful trial period.

Duties will include but not restricted to :

Blowing leaves using a leave blower.

Vacuum & clean stairways (three levels) using back pack vacuum cleaner.

Mop common areas floor

Squeegee of windows and be comfortable using ladder.

Placing 240L garbage & recycled bins on the street for collection.

Wash and return bins to garbage rooms.
