Inspector

We are at the pointy end of industry supervision for the liquor, gaming, wagering, casino and registered club sectors in NSW. • About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Inspector to support and contribute to a variety of compliance-related activities, including inspections and investigations, in order to achieve regulatory objectives. This role is key to maintaining compliance standards across a range of areas, ensuring the regulatory framework is upheld.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct overt and covert inspections, investigations, including weekend and late-night deployments, to identify and address non-compliance.
• Provide stakeholders with accurate, timely information and general guidance on compliance matters.
• Prepare and contribute to reports, briefings, correspondence, and submissions related to compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure efficient operation and reporting.
• Contribute to the development and continual improvement of strategic, risk-based compliance programs.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including co-regulators and industry partners, to optimise compliance outcomes.
• To be successful you will have
• Proven experience in carrying out compliance-related activities, with a focus on inspections and investigations.
• Strong ability to manage complex and sensitive regulatory tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A current NSW Drivers Licence.
