- About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Inspector to support and contribute to a variety of compliance-related activities, including inspections and investigations, in order to achieve regulatory objectives. This role is key to maintaining compliance standards across a range of areas, ensuring the regulatory framework is upheld.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct overt and covert inspections, investigations, including weekend and late-night deployments, to identify and address non-compliance.
- Provide stakeholders with accurate, timely information and general guidance on compliance matters.
- Prepare and contribute to reports, briefings, correspondence, and submissions related to compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure efficient operation and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and continual improvement of strategic, risk-based compliance programs.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including co-regulators and industry partners, to optimise compliance outcomes.
- To be successful you will have
- Proven experience in carrying out compliance-related activities, with a focus on inspections and investigations.
- Strong ability to manage complex and sensitive regulatory tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A current NSW Drivers Licence.
