Qualifications : Bachelor in NursingAHPRA registrationAustralian working rights (essential)Australian drivers' licenceNational Police ClearanceResponsibilities : Execute on the client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.Help clients with their ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) that is within the scope of practice for a Registered Health Care Aide.Assist clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises.Wound care and assessment.Parenteral Nutrition (TPN, PEG and PPT).Bowel management.Medication administration.Basic Catheter change and care.Palliative CareComplete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.Other Skills and Abilities : Must be able speak and write in English.

Other languages will be an asset.Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designer when needed.Able to travel from client to client in a timely fashion.Passionate about making a difference.
