About the role We are seeking to employ enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team within the Residential facility.

You will be supported by a management team that is dedicated to developing your leadership and management experience.

As a Registered Nurse you would

Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of care recipients care plans and clinical nursing needs within the program limitations and in conjunction with the Clinical team.Manage the provision of the daily care needs for our residents while supporting the team around you.Be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments.Engage in nursing practices that enhance the dignity and integrity of all our residents, fostering independenceLiaise with doctors, Allied Health professionals, and family members in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual resident care.Supervise and coordinate with care workers, enrolled nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Provide information about residents to their family members, updating their family members on their treatment and care.Be responsible for Medications, providing interventions, and treatments to residents.Benefits and perks Full-time or part-time positions, flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.Salary Packaging available, which includes access to salary packaging, meal, and entertainment benefits - up to $15,900 per year tax-free as well as up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for meal and entertainment benefitsAn awesome place to work, with respectful and supportive managementA positive and inclusive team based on respect, shared standards, strong values, and a commitment to serving othersSkills and experience required to be successful in this role Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse essential.Experience in Aged Care desirable.Exceptional Care Recipient case management andtime management skills.Ability to work in a diverse team environment with flexibility to meet the needs of our organisation.Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workloadExcellent communication and clinical problem-solving skillsAbility to work as part of a multidisciplinary teamExperience providing clinical patient centred Care Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.Understanding of the Aged Care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration knowledge and experience with AN-ACCExcellent computer and documentation skillsEmpathy and an emphasis on treating others with dignity and respectThe right to work in AustraliaHave a current NDIS Worker Screening or be willing to obtain.Pass a pre-employment medical.Provide evidence of current Influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations.Come and join us!
