Job descriptionManaging service requests and scheduling appointments for both Hire and Retail customers. Coordinating with technicians and customers to ensure timely resolution of service issues. Maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer enquiries and concerns. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the service team. The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role with a similar industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
