We are a market-leading banking organization with an international presence. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Associate Director to join our Corporate Banking Team. As an Associate Director, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with valued clients, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Business Development

Build and leverage internal and external networks to grow new business.Support or lead the origination, development, due diligence, approval, and implementation of corporate transactions.Business Delivery

Develop solutions that display a deep understanding of our clients and their industries and proactively manage the forward business pipeline.Arrange and execute credit products for corporate transactions covering bilateral, club, and syndicated facilities.Grow and manage a loan portfolio with a vision for optimal composition and geography, industry, and risk diversification.Recognize client and bank risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies.ESG management, including analysis and assessment of ESG risks.Undertake other duties as the bank may reasonably require.Experience and Qualifications Tertiary degree in a relevant area.8 or more years of relevant professional experience in the local syndicated loan / corporate banking market with provable track record.Strong legal, documentation, financial modelling, and risk analysis skills.Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.How do your skills match this job?
