We're seeking Disability Services Workers in Moonee Ponds Area to provide support for our clients.

• What your role will look like_

No two days are the same! As a Disability Support Worker you will provide person-centred care to support our complex clients with various aspects of their daily living. Passionate employees experience varied duties, you might provide personal care or help with medication, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, you'll be

• supporting clients to achieve goals that matter to them

• You will demonstrate a passion for working with disabilities, both mental and physical
• Enjoy a challenge and celebrate the little things
• Demonstrate empathy and caring attitude
• Hold a valid NDIS check, CPR and First Aid Certificate
• Fully COVID vaccinated
• Right to work in Australia
