About The Role
We are looking to hire casual and permanent part-time Disability Support Workers for our clients residing around Melbourne Metropolitan are. At these Supported Independent Living sites, you will ensure our clients are able to thrive independently and are given choice and control in their daily living activities. The exact assistance you will be required to provide will differ on the support needs of each client, however, we will require your flexibility to work across a 24 / 7 roster. This includes active nights, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow person-centered support plans and behavior support plans respectfully
- Participate in community activities and encourage clients to perform daily living tasks
- Track and document an individual's progress through thorough record-keeping
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients and their families
Skills & Experience
