Hooker & Heijden are proud to have been exclusively appointed to represent an ambitious brokerage in their search to secure an exceptional and respected insurance broking professional, to be appointed as their Head of Growth. With strengths in SME, Mid-Market and Specialty Segments, this brokerage has experienced phenomenal growth over the past few years, doubling GWP under management and expanding their presence to include most Australian States. The successful applicant will join the flagship branch of this business with an ambitious and collaborative culture.

The Role

This is a key role within the Victorian Branch and the business nationally, responsible for the execution of growth strategy and delivery of growth goals. You will work closely with the CEO, this is a hands-on role, in market role responsible for closing company generated leads plus sourcing nurturing and closing prospects of your own.
