Here's How You'll Do It : You'll greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiriesYou'll cover reception and undertake general administration duties includes booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reportsYou'll perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshootingYou'll assisting Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aidsTesting innovation projectsAbility to quickly and effectively change how we are operating in accordance with the latest minimal viable product (MVP) innovation experimentsSupport changes in the appointment book to support MVPWork with Centre manager and project management teams to implement experiments, problem solve and remove roadblocksConducting screenings of new clients to triage for appropriate appointmentBuilding and developing positive relationships with local GP's through regular and proactive contactWhat You'll BringWe believe the successful candidate will thrive in a client centred environment where they can provide exceptional and friendly service in conjunction with managing complex medical administration.
