Padman Group is on the hunt for a capable all-rounder to join our growing service crew. You'll be on the road supporting real Aussie farmers with irrigation and automation products that make a difference — fixing gear, solving problems, and getting your boots dirty.
What You'll Be Doing : Visiting farms across QLD & NSW to carry out repairs and maintenance
Providing on-farm installation advice, training, and troubleshooting
Supporting our full range of automation and mechanical irrigation gear
Logging detailed service reports and communicating clearly with the team
Helping farmers get the most from their systems (training provided)
Travelling regularly — sometimes at short notice
Practical and hands-on — background in field work, farming, trades, or machinery
Confident around tools and not afraid to take on a challenge
Good communicator who can explain things clearly and calmly
Able to work independently and manage your own time on the road
Comfortable with computers and service tracking systems
Ready to be part of something that matters
