The Venue Service & Administration Officer is responsible for : Assisting with event planning, operations and execution, both administratively and on-site.Supporting financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, billing and event reconciliations.Facilitating communication with competitors, contractors and event organisers.Providing customer service and stakeholder support, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and competitors.Assisting with funding applications and grant management related to events.Offering day-to-day administrative support and contributing to the overall efficiency of AELEC operationsTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED Certificate IV in Event Management or Business Administration and / or equivalent experienceCurrent Driver Licence (Class C)Certificate III in Finance and / or relevant or equivalent experienceImmunisations for Hepatitis, Tetanus, Q Fever (or willingness to undergo)INTERESTED? Salary range : Grade 10$1,296.40 - $1,402.80 per week plus 12% superannuation for a 38 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
The ordinary hours of work are 38 hours per week not exceeding 152 hours in any 4 week period.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
