With over 800 top-notch team members across our businesses, our Electrical Construction team is on the lookout for a switched-on Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor to help us keep our people safe, our work compliant, and our customers smiling.

The Role

Think of this as being the high-vis guardian angel of safety. You’ll be our go-to safety legend—working shoulder to shoulder with the Electrical Construction team to make sure our sites are safe. You’ll bring your know-how, common sense, and a firm but friendly approach to the frontline, making safety more than just a box to tick.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Partnering with our tradespeople, project managers, and crew to embed HSEQ excellence into everything we do
• Conducting regular site visits, inspections and audits
• Providing expert advice with a practical mindset
• Supporting incident investigations
• Keeping up with compliance
• Helping us build a culture where safety is second nature—not a lecture
