Your primary responsibility will be to support our participants in having the choice, control, and independence to live their best life.

We are currently seeking experienced support workers in Melbourne CBD and northern suburbs.

Essential skills and experience :

Experience with ABI, mental health, complex trauma

Minimum 12 months prior experience

Strong communication skills and understanding of LGBTQ community

Heritage in Bosnian or Italian is highly desirable

Mandatory Requirements :

Car and valid Australian driver's license

Vehicle insurance and proof of registration

Well-spoken and written English

Proof of right to work in Australia

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Completed NDIS Orientation Module

Current FA & CPR Certificates

Cert IV Disability or relevant qualifications

At least 1 year of experience

Ability to start immediately
