What You'll Be Doing :

As a Claims Advisor at Suncorp Group, you'll be at the forefront of providing crucial support to our customers. Here's a glimpse of what your role will entail :

• Comprehensive Assessment : You'll obtain and meticulously review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to ensure accurate claim assessment.
• Compliance Champion : You'll ensure that all legislative compliance timeframes are met, coupled with ongoing reviews of essential reports.
• Cost-Effective Solutions : Your expertise will help us adopt effective strategies to resolve claims efficiently, minimizing costs.
• Optimal Recovery : You'll facilitate early access to suitable rehabilitation, enabling injured claimants to achieve the best possible recovery.
• Exceptional Customer Service : Providing top-notch customer service is our priority. You'll be a vital link between the legislative authority, employers, injured workers, brokers and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and efficient processing.
