Their technology is used across industries like mining, aerospace, energy, forensics, recycling, and more, wherever elemental analysis is needed.
This is a unique opportunity to work with XRF and LIBS devices (X-ray fluorescence and laser-based spectroscopy) that deliver lab-grade results in the field.
What You'll Be Doing : Diagnose faults and repair portable handheld XRF and LIBS instrumentsConduct regular preventative maintenance and calibrationsDeliver exceptional technical support to customers via phone and emailProvide quotes for repairs and servicesManage service inventory and maintain accurate parts stockKeep CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) updated with service history and notesLiaise with global support teams to resolve technical challengesAssist in creating service documentation and training future techniciansContribute to building and growing the new Perth service centreMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspaceYou're Ideal for This Role If You Have : A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or relevant trade certificationExperience servicing or repairing field-portable electronic devicesThe ability to work independently and manage your own time and tasksLicences for working with X-ray and laser devices in WA (or willingness to obtain)Strong customer service skills and clear communicationProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Bonus points for experience with optics / lasers or CRM platforms like SalesforceWhy This Role?
