- The Role
- Deliver executive support including managing the appointment diary and meeting arrangements of the Senior Executive Service Officer.
- Liaise with stakeholders and visitors of all levels, building good working relationships and providing a point of contact for assistance and general enquiries.
- Arrange, coordinate and reconcile all aspects of domestic and international travel in line with Defence travel policy for Senior Executive Service Officers.
- Maintain records management systems in line with Defence policies and procedures.
- Build and sustain relationships in order to work collaboratively within the work area and other areas of Defence.

Our team is accountable for ICT infrastructure delivery of Major Projects for multiple customers including Security and Estate Group, CASG, Army, Navy, Air force and other groups and services.
Be highly motivated, and demonstrate initiative and creative thinking to resolve issues and achieve best outcomes.Be able to manage multiple demands under time pressure, whilst remaining flexible with an ability to quickly reprioritise to meet changing requirements.Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and foster relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Ability to operate as an effective team member and able to work collaboratively to solve problems.Individuals who have had previous experience in an executive assistant role would be preferred but is not essential.
