What You’ll Do :

As the right hand to our executives, you’ll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently, allowing our leaders to focus on driving strategy and growth. Your responsibilities will include :

Managing complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
Preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations
Handling confidential information with discretion
Acting as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders
Supporting meetings with agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Coordinating team events, offsites, and special projects

What You Bring :

5+ years’ experience in an executive or senior-level administrative role

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Mastery of scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.)

A proactive mindset—always three steps ahead

Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
