Reporting to the Finance Manager, there will also be opportunities to support general accounting tasks, helping keep our finance function running smoothly.End-to-end weekly payroll processing using MYOB and our CRM systemEnsuring compliance with SCHADS & Health Professionals and Support Services Awards, Fair Work, and other statutory requirementsHandling reconciliations, journals, EOFY tasks, and auditsSupporting onboarding / offboarding and responding to staff payroll queriesCollaborating on continuous improvement of payroll systems and processesRequirementsA Diploma in Payroll Services or Accounting (TAFE)Demonstrated experience in high-volume payroll processingExperience using MYOB and strong Excel skillsGreat attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a 'can-do' attitudeExperience in the disability or care sector (highly regarded but not essential)What You'll BringA Diploma in Payroll Services or Accounting (TAFE)Demonstrated high-volume payroll experienceExperience using MYOB and strong Excel skillsGreat attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a 'can-do' attitudeExperience in the disability or care sector (highly regarded but not essential)BenefitsWe're more than just a disability support provider.
