Job descriptionDesign, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud infrastructure solutions across Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure platforms. Monitor, manage, and optimise cloud environments to ensure performance, availability, and compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards. Implement and maintain robust security measures, contributing to a secure and resilient cloud posture aligned with government frameworks. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, including advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex cloud and infrastructure issues. Deliver strategic advice and contribute to the development of cloud architecture roadmaps that support organisational goals for security, stability, and simplicity. Work independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment in prioritising tasks and managing competing demands in a dynamic environment. Collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical staff, and external vendors, to resolve issues and deliver outcomes. Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge sharing, and capability uplift within the team and across the organisation. Proficiency in cloud platforms / products such as M365, Intune, Purview and Azure. Experience in implementing security measures and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations. Ability to provide architectural guidance and recommendations. Experience in providing level 2 and 3 support, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security. Experience with automation tools and monitoring systems. or email and quote the job reference number.

Senior Cloud Engineer

Our federal government client is looking for a Senior Cloud engineer to support the ongoing development, security, and optimisation of cloud-based infrastructure. Looking for experience in cloud environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure platforms.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively, and provide expert advice on cloud architecture to support our transition towards a more secure, stable, and simplified environment.
Eligibility requirement
Australian citizenship with ability to get NV1 clearance.
