We're seeking an individual who can develop and lead organisational performance and improvement projects to improve employee engagement and delivery of services and infrastructure for our community.
Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside our senior leaders, your expert insights and guidance will be instrumental in creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
This role will lead on the design and delivery of business planning frameworks, process improvements, organisational improvement programs and leadership performance measures that will engage, inspire, and drive the key values of our organisation.
The role requires strong judgment and initiative, with an equal balance of analytical / task based and interpersonal skills.
