• The position

We're seeking an individual who can develop and lead organisational performance and improvement projects to improve employee engagement and delivery of services and infrastructure for our community.

Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside our senior leaders, your expert insights and guidance will be instrumental in creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

This role will lead on the design and delivery of business planning frameworks, process improvements, organisational improvement programs and leadership performance measures that will engage, inspire, and drive the key values of our organisation.

The role requires strong judgment and initiative, with an equal balance of analytical / task based and interpersonal skills.

• We're seeking a passionate individual, specifically someone with;
• Tertiary qualifications in a related field with relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in developing and introducing business planning and performance frameworks.
• Experience in developing and driving management systems, processes and practices that drive service delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience and / or qualifications in change management.
• An ability to create a climate which encourages openness and debate around critical issues.
• An ability to anticipate and address key areas of interest for diverse audiences and adapts style under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate the context and parameters surrounding organisational strategies.
• An ability to understand and translate complex information concisely for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm and commitment to goals and able to cascade understanding throughout the organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to critically analyse information and seek diverse perspectives to formulate effective recommendations and solutions.
• Strong communication skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare high impact (written and oral) documents and presentations.
