Senior Manager Organisational Design

IMMEDIATE - Senior Manager Organisational Design - AUD 1000 ex super - NSW Govt Project

Location                     :    Sydney CBD

Initial contract             :    6 months

Working                     :    Hybrid

MUST HAVE  : Operating model and Organisational design experience

Key accountabilities include :

• Lead the implementation of operating model and organisational design aligned to strategic workforce plan
• Developing organisational frameworks, approaches and ongoing capability within the Client.
• Organisational and capability design across common divisions, such as the projects, and organisational design principles
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with Office of the Chief Executive and senior leaders
• Insights in relation to the strategic workforce planning and its impact on organisational structures
• Provide strategic advice on the design , development and implementation of the organisational structure
• Function, including support with job design , role profiling, role to job mapping and capability definition
• Manage organisation design within organisation design principles and matrix framework and review
• Adjust throughout Project life-cycle ensuring structure remains fit for purpose.
• Partner with P&C Teams to develop and implement tools and resources for leaders
• Benchmark effectiveness of organisational and job design and ensure best practices
