You will do this by providing information and securing arrangements on guests' behalf regarding events, activities, transport and additional services to guests during their stay, in accordance with Crown's service standards. Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will assist with the smooth and effective day to day operations of the Concierge team actively performing duties of Concierge Services such as booking of tours, transfers and restaurant reservations.This is a Part-Time position guaranteeing up to 76 hours per fortnight and requires flexible availability including weekends.Essential Criteria :Hotel operations experienceUnderstanding of Hotel Property Management SystemsStrong computer skills - particularly Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated experience in providing superior service standards and requirementsProven display of high commitment to improving Customer ServiceStrong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all timesPreferred Criteria :Hospitality or business-related qualificationHotel operations experience in a frontline roleExperience using OPERA (Hotel Property Management System)What we offer you :Crown Perth provides free parking, uniforms washed and laundered on site and free meals at our staff restaurant The Hive.
