The Role :
- Lead and deliver software projects with precision, ensuring milestones are met
- Collaborate daily with product managers, BAs, tech leads, developers, and QA teams to define scope, clarify requirements, and keep projects on track
- Manage project planning across the product lifecycle—including inputs from sales, product, infrastructure, and DevOps
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, adapting scope, timelines, and costs as needed to keep projects on track.
- Ensure a high degree of certainty by managing work within a structured waterfall methodology
- Lead IT projects related to property management systems, ERP, CRM, and business intelligence platforms.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to deliver technology solutions.
- Oversee data migration, cybersecurity measures, and cloud infrastructure improvements.
- Monitor project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with IT security and real estate regulations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
- Optimise IT workflows and recommend new technologies to improve business processes.
What you will bring :
5-8+ years in IT project management, with experience in working on projects for the Department of DefenceBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.Hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.Strong agile delivery experience and understanding of frameworks.Managing multiple small to medium-sized projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and client relationships are maintained.Experience with cloud-based platforms, cybersecurity, and data governance, particularly Azure Cloud.Strong relationship management skills, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.Ability to lead process shifts, balancing project priorities and expectations.Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Microsoft Project, or similar.Strong problem-solving, risk management, and team leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.Experience & Qualifications
