Job descriptionAbout the Opportunity_ Provide excellent customer care to our staff. Be the first point of contact for all Michael Hill employees seeking SAAS assistance over the phone and via a Fresh Desk Ticketing Environment. Talking customers through problem-solving processes and escalating issues where required. To some degree also provide a level of technical support by remote trouble shooting by using diagnostic techniques and asking pertinent questions. More About You_ Excellent Customer Service Skills - the willingness to help our customers. Positive Attitude & a team player. Calm Demeanour - able to calmly assist our customers who are generally in stressful situations. Agile / Adaptable - able to quickly adapt new processes and changes in IT systems. Willingness to learn. Qualifications / Requirements_ IT or related tertiary education (completion desirable however if still studying to be in final stages with high availability for working hours) Previous experience in a customer service based role or retail IT Service Delivery background (preferred) Experience supporting hardware with Windows and MAC Operating Systems (preferred) ITIL foundation certified (preferred).
