About the role

The ideal person for this role will be a Technical Support / Service Specialist with experience managing Tickets and working meeting SLAs. You will have knowledge of IT Systems and knowledge of Q-SYS, Dante, and Bosch Praesideo / Praesensa which are audio software programmes.

Skills and experience required

• Strong foundational knowledge in IT principles and a keen interest in technology.
• Strong foundational knowledge in Q-SYS, Dante, and Bosch Praesideo / Praesensa.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical and logical approach.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
