You will over see the creation of best-practice goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing and communication campaigns that support our organisational objectives. Act as the brand custodian and ensure brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications, and streamlining the brands within the Duratec Limited group (Duratec, DDR Australia, WPF and, MEnD).
- Conduct competitor, client and market research to ensure strategy is accurate and decisions are supported with evidence along with performance-based results
- Lead brand strategy decisions for all group brands
- In consultation with the Duratec network, lead the development, execution and evaluation of a range of national campaigns, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic communication and marketing strategies (both internal and external) for key projects and initiatives
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing and communications collateral
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the Executive on marketing and communications strategies
- Manage and develop the Marketing and Communications team and foster a high-performance team cultureBe accountable for budget, timelines and reporting
- Establish initiatives, policies and procedures that deliver ongoing improvements in service delivery
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media providers and suppliers

You are a strategic thinker with creative flair and have managed teams and stakeholders in a multi brand environment.
- Essentials
- You have lead and effectively managed the performance, output and development of a marketing, brand and communications team and department
- 10 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility to travel nationally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools
- Experience working within the construction industry is desirable
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Drivers License
