- About you
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hospitality
- 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred
- Passion for Italian food and an understanding of Italian cuisine is preferred
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Available to work a rotating seven-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

- Setting, implementing, and reviewing services to a high standard
- Inspire, develop and train a high energy team of front of house staff
- Supervise and manage the floor to assist in delivering high quality service to guests
- Handle nightly cash procedures and end of night reporting
