What's my job? Located in our Sydney office, you are our new Content Producer in the Production team. This is a 6 month contract.

As the Content Producer, your primary responsibility is to lead the activation of an exciting new multi-channel content initiative from pre-production to completion over a 6-month contract.

You'll become the project manager for our new initiative, managing its delivery across our Content, Sales and Marketing teams and serving as the key conduit for external stakeholders.

With your content production and organisational skills, you'll drive brand engagement, audience acquisition, and revenue goals through compelling content strategies and execution.

You will report into the Head of Production.

A day in the life : Work closely with the Head of Production to implement strategy for our new content initiative.Coordinate internal stakeholder deliverables across the Marketing team.Represent our brand to external stakeholders, managing timelines, collateral, and content on behalf of our wider team.Commission, brief, and create digital editorial articles, social posts, and videos while managing their publishing.Assist our sales teams on the successful commercialisation of the initiative with stakeholder communication, collateral production and implementation.Serve as the project manager for our new initiative, coordinating across Content, Sales, and Marketing teams.Apply your understanding of digital editorial, social, video, commercial and broadcast content production to deliver exceptional results.Navigate multiple stakeholder relationships with confidence and clarity.Use Monday.com, Hootsuite and Wordpress on the day to dayHow will we know if you are the one : You're hyper-organised with exceptional project and campaign management skills. You don't just manage timelines - you anticipate challenges and solve problems before they arise.Social media best practices aren't just concepts to you - they're tools you've mastered. Your experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content creation is practical and extensive.Creating compelling commercial content campaigns is second nature to you, and you understand how to balance creative excellence with business objectives.You have a developed understanding of the Australian property market and can translate complex industry knowledge into engaging content.Other things that will make you excel in this role : At least 4+ years of experience in multi-channel content production or publishing.Communications or Media bachelor's degree.Experience with briefing and commissioning editorial / written content and video content.Prior work experience with a media publisher or media agency.Detail-oriented, with a passion for precision and excellence in content creation and management.Strong communicator, capable of articulating creative concepts to various stakeholders.Exceeding Expectations; always striving to deliver the best quality work that sets an industry standard.Service and Entrepreneur mentality; understanding that we exist because of our clients and therefore we need to nurture those relationships by creating value for their businesses.Who are Howatson+Company?
