Endeavour Foundation is one of Australia's largest employers of people living with disability. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.

Role Overview

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community, assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals. Due to the nature of the house, dementia experience is highly regarded. This is a 24 / 7 house, so availability is important.

This role is a permanent-part time opportunity for a minimum of 45 hours per fortnight. The roster will be mixed, with sleepover shifts (approximately 2-3 nights per week), as well as day shifts. Personal care is required, and flexibility in working varying shifts is essential. Full availability is highly regarded, as this is a critical role in supporting individuals on a continuous basis.
